· 100ml Forever Aloe Vera Gel
· 1 tbsp dry mango powder (amchur)
· ½ tbsp black salt
· Pinch of asafoetida (hing)
· 1 tbsp cumin seeds (zeera)
· 1 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
· Few black peppercorns
· 2 tbsp Forever Bee Honey
· 5-6 mint leaves
· 1 tsp lemon juice
· 300ml club soda
· 1 tsp basil seeds
- Roast the cumin seeds, fennel seeds and black peppercorns
- Mix the roasted cumin seeds, fennel seeds, black peppercorns with asafoetida, dry mango powder and black salt in a mixture to make the masala
- Muddle the mint leaves, lemon juice and honey in a glass
- Add the masala
- Pour aloe vera gel and then soda
- Top it up with soaked basil seeds
